Locating, Depth of Cover and Current Attenuation Survey:

Perform electronic locating and depth of cover surveys using electromagnetic instruments with sub-meter Global Positioning System instruments. Perform Current Attenuation surveys using the Pipeline Current Mapper (PCM), Stray Current Mapper (SCM) or other electromagnetic instrument as needed along a defined section of underground pipeline.

Alternating Current Voltage Gradient Surveys:

Perform ACVG surveys using the Pipeline Current Mapper or other ACVG tool as needed along a defined section of underground pipeline.

Close Interval Surveys:

Perform CIS along a defined section of underground pipeline utilizing the following techniques:

	CP System On
	Interrupted (slow and fast cycle)
	Static (depolarized)
	Lateral
	Cell to Cell

Direct Current Voltage Gradient Surveys:

Perform DCVG surveys along a defined section of underground pipeline utilizing the following techniques:

	Perpendicular DCVG
	In-Line DCVG

Soil Resistivity Surveys:

Perform Soil Resistivity surveys along a defined section of underground pipeline utilizing the following techniques:

	Wenner 4 Pin Method
	2 Pin Method
	Soil Box Method

Short Locating Surveys:

Find and identify shorts in a cathodically protected system of underground pipelines using the PCM or other electromagnetic tool.

Stray Current Mapping Surveys:

Perform Current Attenuation surveys in areas of stray current including interfering DC Rail currents and static foreign currents from other rectified systems.
